Schedule Of Duties/Federal Projects Financial Management Department (FPFMD)

a. Provision of Financial management support to all donor implemented Projects at the federal level (Including IDA Credits Grants and Counterpart Funding).
b. Financial monitoring of the donor funded projects and issuance of reports.
c. Verification of assets of the donor funded projects and issuance of reports.
d. Preparation of Financial Statements of the donor funded projects.
e. Ensure compliance with the provisions of the international Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).
f. Provision of Capacity building of the Project Implementation units of the donor funded projects. (Including IDA Credits Grants and Counterpart Funded Projects).
g. Evaluation and Posting of suitable Financial Management Staff to the Projects.
