A bill for an act to repeal the finance (control and management) act, cap f26 laws of the federation of Nigeria, 2004, and enact the public finance management act to ensure accountability and transparency in the management of public funds, revenues, expenditure, assets, and liabilities of the government of the federation, and for related matters.

The Professional section, the Knowledge of the Financial Regulations, the Civil Service generally and the General Section.
The overall objective of this session is to give an in-dept understanding of the public service rules. Others are to;
Understand the various acts that constitute general efficiency, misconduct and serious misconduct;
Apply the procedures effectively to enhance fairness and justice;
